cream of mushroom soups

50 g fresh sliced mushroom(chitake)
20 g diced onion
20 g diced celery
20 g deced leek
10 g carrot

30 ml fresh cream
50 ml chicken stok
10 g butter
pinch salt and papper

saute all the ingteedient untill golden brown
pour water into sauteed ingreedient,
blend and strain
put fresh cream and season with salt papper
