chicken chop serve with delicious mushroom sauce

200 ml ready made brown sauce @ instant demiglace
150 g sliced mushroom(chitake or button)
50 g chopped garlic
50 g chopped onion
2 bay leave

cookong method
boil the brown sauce @ instant demiglacethan simmer
saute chopped garlic with butter(low haet)when it turn into amber gold put sliced mushroom and bay leaves together with sauteed ingreedient. than mix with the brown sauce..last season with salt and pepper....

chicken standart breading procedure method
boneless drum stick(marinated with paprica,salt and pepper)
wheat flour
egg
bread crumb

method
coat the chicken with wheat flour...deep it into egg than coat again with bread crumb..deep fry..welldone
