Breakfast

Banana's pancakes

For : 8 serving.
Calories : 120 per serving.

Ingredients :

1/2 cup

All use flour

1/4 cup

corn semolina

1/4 cup

100% wheat flour

1 table spoon

sugar

1 1/2 tea spoon

magic powder

1

egg

1 cup

milk

1 table spoon

vegetable oil

1

diced banana

1 tea spoon

margarine

Directives :

  1. With the food processor, mix all the flour, the corn semolina, the sugar and the magic powder. Add egg, milk and oil and mix until the preparation is homogeneous.
  2. Add the diced banana and mix.
  3. Melt the margarine in a frying pan at medium.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the paste in the pan and incline it to cover all surface. Cook during 1 minute or until bubbles are formed on the top and which the lower part is gilded. Turn over until the this two sides are gilded.

Comments :

You can replace the semolina by another 1/4 of 100% wheat flour. It is possible that you have to put a little more magarine in the frying pan. My children love them!
