type='text'>i'm back</title><content type='html'>assalamualaikum warahmatullahhiwabarokatuhhhh.......&lt;br /&gt;Haaaa....tu dia panjang nya salam.....melepas geram dan kerinduan kepada blog tercinta ni.....&lt;br /&gt;dah lama tak update...&lt;br /&gt;hari ni mai angin apa pun taktaw.....rajin plak nak menulis kat blog ni....semester pun dah nak abis......munggkin ada mood lagi satu tu kot.....&lt;br /&gt;kita lupakan sekejappasal makanan...ada benda paling best akan dialami dalam tempoh terdekat ni.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;neway.....tak lama lagi dah nak tamatkan zaman bujang terlajak ni...(huhuhu......sebak pon ada) atas tuntutan agama dan sifat normal seorang manusia bernama lelaki aku rela meninggalkannya......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pada tanggal 24 haribulan april ni maka satu peristiwa bersejarah pasti akan berlaku...majlis ijab dan qabul bagi menghalalkan hubungan yang bergelar suami isteri....pada mulanya dirancangkan nak buat pada 12 april....2 hari sebelum my birthday...nak sambut hari lahir drngan isteri la konon.....&lt;br /&gt;tapi diatas sebab yang bukan sendiri yang sengajakan....tarikh tersbut ditunda.....&lt;br /&gt;apa ada hal lewat seminggu......&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;baju akad nikah dah siap.....&lt;br /&gt;dah dikirim balik dari sarawak pon.....cantik gilaaaa....taktau laaa cantik ke tak bila dipakai nanti...sebab pemakainya pon bukan cantik sangat....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;pasai pasangan....&lt;br /&gt;Alhamdulillah...dia seorang yang understanding....sanggup tinggalkan keja dia kat penang nak ikut cakap suami...huhuhu memang pttpon....kami akan menetap di taman tengku maheran....kelab golf darulaman...kira petang2 boleh main la ni.....&lt;br /&gt;bulan 6 ni baru kami masuk duduk flour&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;2/3 cup&lt;br /&gt; cocoa powders not-sweetened&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1 table spoon&lt;br /&gt; instant coffee&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1 tea spoon&lt;br /&gt; bicarbonate of soda&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1 ???&lt;br /&gt; salt&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup&lt;br /&gt; almonds not bleached, but chopped and roasted&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;125 grams&lt;br /&gt; semi-sweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped (4 oz)&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;4 &lt;br /&gt; eggs&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1 cup&lt;br /&gt; sugar&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1 tea spoon&lt;br /&gt; vanilla&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directives :&lt;br /&gt;Grill the almonds on a stove for few minutes, then chop the almonds. &lt;br /&gt;In a large bowl, mix the flour, the powder of cocoa, the instant coffee, the bicarbonate and the salt. Add the almonds and the chocholat, then mix. &lt;br /&gt;In another bowl, using a whip, beat three eggs until they are sparkling. Add sugar gradually while whipping. Add vanilla, and then mix again. &lt;br /&gt;Pour the second bowl (with the egges) into the first one. Mix everythings using a wooden spoon until the paste is firm. &lt;br /&gt;On a chopping board covered slightly with flour, shape the paste in a rectangle of 9 inches X 5 inches. Using two spatulas, deposit the rectangle on a hotplate covered parchment paper. &lt;br /&gt;Beat the remaining egg and brush the paste with it. &lt;br /&gt;Cook in the owen at 350oF during 30 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;Get it out and let cool 15 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;Using two spatulas, slip the paste on a chopping board. Using a notched knife, cut the paste in sections of 1 cm thickness (3/8", should gives 16 pieces). &lt;br /&gt;Put back the paste on the hot plate while placing them upright and continue cooking during 20 minutes or until the biscotti are firm. &lt;br /&gt;Comments :&lt;br /&gt;This recipe is less complicated that iit sound. Cook during 1 minute or until bubbles are formed on the top and which the lower  part is gilded. Gaul hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian:&lt;br /&gt;  Campurkan dengan warna hijau&lt;br /&gt; Browning sugar &amp; buah prunes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masak dengan cara mengukus secara berlapis-lapis.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan warna hijau dahulu &amp; kedua buah prunes( anggaran dua senduk)&lt;br /&gt;Kukus selama 1- 1 ½ jam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KEK NGAP SAYOT&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 biji telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;16 oz mentega&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ gelas gula halus&lt;br /&gt;½ tin jem strawberry&lt;br /&gt;1 tin susu manis&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ gelas tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas horlick putih&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas horlick coklat&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas biskut waffle coklat( dtumbuk)&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas cornflakes yang sudah di hancurkan&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas nestum kuning&lt;br /&gt;1 susu the vanilla &lt;br /&gt;pewarna kuning, merah dan browning sugar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pukul telur dan gula sampai kembang&lt;br /&gt;Mentega disatukan dengan susu ditempat lain.&lt;br /&gt;Campurkan kedua-dua adunan tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan tepung gandum &amp; vanilla&lt;br /&gt;Bahagikan kepada 3 bahagian;&lt;br /&gt; Horlick putih &amp;nestum kuning ( pewarna kuning)&lt;br /&gt; Horlick coklat, biskut waffle &amp; browning sugar.&lt;br /&gt; Jem strawberry, pewarna merah &amp; cornflakes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sediakan acuan dan masukkan 1 sudu adunan kuning &lt;br /&gt;Seterusnya merah dan coklat.&lt;br /&gt;Buat bertompok-tompok sehingga habis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KEK BATIK KERONG&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;16oz mentega&lt;br /&gt;16 oz gula halus&lt;br /&gt;2 ½ gelas tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;1 tin susu manis&lt;br /&gt;1 tin jem chivers&lt;br /&gt;6 biji telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;5 tbsp susu tepung&lt;br /&gt;pewarna merah, hijau dan coklat&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp air wangi&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;Telur dipukul sampai kembang, kemudian masukkan kedalam adunan mentega tadi.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan air wangi, baking powder, susu manis dan gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;Bahagikan 3 bahagian;&lt;br /&gt; Merah&lt;br /&gt; Hijau&lt;br /&gt; Coklat&lt;br /&gt;Masak dengan cara mengukus secara berlapis-lapis. Bila adunan satu sudah masak sapukan jem. &lt;br /&gt;Masak adunan yang seterusnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KEK CINTA ANTARA BENUA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BAHAN-BAHAN&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;16 oz mentega&lt;br /&gt;15 biji telur ayam( 2 biji buang putihnya)&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ gelas gula halus&lt;br /&gt;1 tin sri kaya&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas tepung biskut merry&lt;br /&gt;1 tin susu manis&lt;br /&gt; 1 ½ gelas tepung hongkong&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas horlick&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas susu tepung&lt;br /&gt;4 pewarna : ungu, hijau, kuning dan merah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pukul mentega dengan susu sampai kembang, kemudian masukkan telur satu persatu hingga habis. Selepas itu, masukkan sri kaya, susu. Horlick, susu tepung, tepung biskut merry, tepung hongkong. &lt;br /&gt;Kemudian gaulkan hingga sebati dan bahagikan kepada 4 bahagian;&lt;br /&gt; Ungu&lt;br /&gt; Hijau&lt;br /&gt; Merah&lt;br /&gt; Kuning&lt;br /&gt;Masak dengan cara mengukus warna ungu dahulu, kemudian hijau, kuning dan merah sampai masak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KEK ISABELLA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;BAHAN A&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;6 putih telur&lt;br /&gt;½ gelas gula halus&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;9 oz mentega&lt;br /&gt;4 tbsp susu pekat&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp vanilla&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp ovellete&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BAHAN B&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20 biji kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;6 biji putih telur&lt;br /&gt;½ gelas tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;9 oz mentega&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp susu pekat&lt;br /&gt;1tsp vanilla&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp ovellete&lt;br /&gt;500 gm buah gajus&lt;br /&gt;500 gm ceri merah&lt;br /&gt;500 gm red-dates &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Satukan bahan-bahan A dan pukul hingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;Satukan bahan-bahan B  kecuali buah gajus, ceri merah dan red-dates dan pukul hingga kembang&lt;br /&gt;Satukan Bahan A dan B. gaulkan hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahagikan kepada 3 bahagian:&lt;br /&gt; Hijau&lt;br /&gt; Merah&lt;br /&gt; Asal&lt;br /&gt;Untuk lapisan buahred-dates masukkan ceri merah kedalamnya dan disebelah atas buah ceri dan buah gajus.&lt;br /&gt;Alaskan acuan dengan kertas minyak&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan sesenduk adunan hijau dan bakar seketika. Apabila masak, masukkan sesenduk warna yang sama sehingga habis.&lt;br /&gt;Apabila habis adunan hijau barulah susun buah gajus, ceri dan red-dates.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan adunan warna asal sekadar menutupi buah-buahan tadi.&lt;br /&gt;Bakar lagi.&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian adunan yang seterusnya sehingga habis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KEK GERIMIS SENJA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BAHAN-BAHAN&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 biji telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;1 tin kecil mentega &lt;br /&gt;1 ½ gelas tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas gula kasar&lt;br /&gt;1 tin kecil susu manis&lt;br /&gt;1 tin  kecil sri kaya&lt;br /&gt;1tsp essen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;4 tbsp milo&lt;br /&gt;sedikit pewarna merah, hijau dan kuning&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARA MEMBUATNYA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pukul mentega &amp;
